The Knights Templar of Australia is a Christian ecumenical Order dedicated to the timeless ideals of faith, honour, service, and charitable action. Inspired by the noble traditions of the historic Templars, we bring together men and women from diverse backgrounds who share a commitment to Christian values, moral leadership, and service to others.
In a world increasingly marked by division, uncertainty, and isolation, we offer a path of fellowship, purpose, and personal growth. Through spiritual formation, charitable outreach, community engagement, and mutual support, our members seek to live out the principles of Christian chivalry in their daily lives.
We are not a historical re-enactment society, nor a social club. We are a contemporary Order of Christian service, united by a shared vocation to uphold the values of compassion, integrity, courage, and stewardship. As the Australian Grand Priory of the Ordre du Temple de Jérusalem (OTJ), we form part of an international fellowship dedicated to promoting Christian unity, charitable works, and the enduring virtues of the chivalric tradition. Guided by faith and inspired by history, we seek to build a better future through service.
